About the position

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities services across multiple accounts within a designated region. This role involves managing account leadership, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining client relationships. The Regional Manager also plays a key role in business development, financial management, and human resources, with a focus on achieving operational excellence and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day facilities services at all accounts within the region.
• Achieve a 95% retention rate among existing accounts.
• Review quarterly reports with clients and establish job-specific performance standards.
• Maintain CIMS compliant programs and accreditation at all accounts.
• Oversee staffing levels and ensure optimum staffing for accounts.
• Conduct site surveys and surprise audits to assess service quality.
• Develop and implement quality assurance methods and procedures.
• Coordinate all start-ups and close downs of accounts.
• Monitor and evaluate account budgets and financial performance.
• Screen and interview candidates for account leadership positions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in financial management and budget oversight.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methods and procedures.
