About the position

The Regional Manager of Operations at Advanced Reconstructive Surgical Alliance (ARSA) is responsible for overseeing the operations, administration, and staff across surgical offices in Florida. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and achieving financial and operational goals while supporting the growth of the organization in the Southeast United States. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive excellence in healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the surgical offices in the Florida market.
  • Serve as a liaison to other practice locations in the State.
  • Monitor and partner with each practice to optimize patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage partnerships with local hospital systems and physician practices to ensure continuity of care.
  • Represent ARSA at regional meetings and conferences.
  • Lead the integration of new physicians and practices into the ARSA platform.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage budgets for facilities in the region in collaboration with corporate office staff.
  • Analyze performance analytics to inform decision-making regarding volume, revenue, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with senior management and physician partners to develop and execute regional business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in multi-site practice management with a proven track record of leadership and achievement.
  • Experience in office-based practices, ASC management, or dialysis management.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and practice management metrics.
  • Ability to adapt to changing healthcare trends and technologies.
  • Availability for regional travel and occasional evening work.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in operations management for at least 2 years.
  • Experience in ambulatory surgery centers for at least 1 year.
