The Regional Manager of Social Media & Digital Content will lead strategic initiatives and guide the daily execution to enhance our digital presence for parks within the region, focusing on organic social media channels, web content, newsletters, and blogs. This role involves developing and overseeing a team responsible for executing effective digital strategies and will focus on enhancing brand visibility and driving audience engagement, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and branding within the region. The manager will bridge strategy and execution to effectively implement content plans. The position is based in the Midwest and will support various parks including Valleyfair/Soak City in Minneapolis, Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, and several others across the region. The manager will be responsible for developing and leading the regional social media and digital content strategy to drive brand visibility and improve audience engagement, aligning with company goals and branding within the region. This includes leading and managing a team of digital content area managers to ensure effective execution in alignment with strategic goals. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with key stakeholders across departments to align strategic objectives and execution. The manager will monitor, analyze, and implement organic social media performance metrics to inform strategic adjustments and enhance campaign effectiveness, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development to team members is also a critical aspect of this role, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Staying updated on emerging social media trends and best practices will be essential to continuously refine and advance content strategies.
