About the position

UNICE, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee our retail operations in Manhattan, NY. As a leading supplier of 100% virgin human hair wigs, we have built a strong reputation and a loyal customer base across the globe. The Regional Manager will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving business expansion while managing the day-to-day operations of the store. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage a team, enhance store profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, you will take the lead in the initial site selection process and track store renovation projects. You will be responsible for creating innovative business strategies aimed at attracting new customers, increasing store traffic, and enhancing overall profitability. Your responsibilities will also include recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff to ensure a high-performing team. Additionally, you will undertake various store administration duties, such as managing store budgets, updating financial records, and maintaining statistical and financial records. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner is essential, as is overseeing pricing and stock control. You will prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits, as well as develop promotional materials and displays to enhance the store's visibility and appeal.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • College diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Must be bilingual in Chinese and English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in retail sales for at least 3 years.
