About the position

The Regional Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating marketing activities to enhance the New American Funding brand within the Nevada market. This position involves collaborating with the Regional Marketing Manager to execute marketing plans, analyze competition, and identify marketing opportunities, while also managing social media for select branches.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Regional Marketing Manager to help in overall strategy development and research.
  • Coordinates the creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials.
  • Assists in coordinating various external marketing and internal communication activities.
  • Assists in writing, design, and assembly of marketing and communication collaterals.
  • Generates internal database information, such as targeting lists and counts for direct marketing projects.
  • Assists with the onboarding of new employees and marketing transitions.
  • Implements various marketing systems including CRM & Tech services.
  • Manages branch social media for select branches and market leaders including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Coordinates trade show exhibits, promotions, packaging, shipping, and staff travel plans, and participates in trade shows when necessary.
  • Prepares for involvement in community organizations and events.
  • Develops and maintains team websites, market newsletters, emails, and social media campaigns.
  • Contributes to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives.
  • Identifies and proposes internal/external ideas and initiatives to promote general awareness of the company brand.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management.
  • Experience with marketing methodologies and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms.
  • Proficient in Canva design.

Nice-to-haves

  • Design or Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign background is a plus but not required.
  • Mortgage industry experience is a plus but not required.
