About the position

At V3 Companies, we are more than just a firm; we are a community of innovators, collaborators, and problem-solvers. Our multidisciplinary team offers civil engineering, contracting, environmental services, planning, landscape architecture, and surveying. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in participating in all phases of business development activities for the Indianapolis region. This position requires collaboration with regional management, business development leaders, and the firm's marketing group to plan and execute business development and sales activities effectively. The primary value driver for this role is to increase business development opportunities, particularly in the public sector markets. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will work to enhance the efficiency of technical and project management teams in networking and proposal activities. This role also involves building and maintaining relationships with peers and sub-consultants for teaming opportunities, as well as gaining a deeper understanding of clients and project objectives to make our submittals more impactful and increase our overall hit rate. Key responsibilities include participating in the planning and budgeting process for the assigned region, engaging in regional business development meetings, and using creative thinking to organize ongoing activities. The coordinator will act as an accountability resource to help the groups achieve their networking goals. Additionally, the role involves gathering and screening solicitation inquiries for key clients, facilitating the go/no-go process, and preparing research and marketing/sales materials for client appointments, conferences, and networking events. The coordinator will lead and execute the development of pre-qualifications, statements of interest, statements of qualification, proposals, and presentations, while coordinating with other marketing team members during peak proposal periods. Graphic support and coaching for shortlist interviews, as well as completing postmortems and analyzing results of lost pursuits, are also part of the responsibilities.
