The RMD is responsible for overseeing marketing planning, advertising, community relations, internal communications, and other promotional activities for the hospitals and affiliated medical groups. This role requires collaboration with hospital marketing directors, CEOs, the CHS marketing team, and approved vendors to execute effective digital-first, multi-channel campaigns. The RMD will also oversee enterprise-wide marketing initiatives for assigned service lines, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with corporate guidelines and market knowledge. As part of a dynamic and results-oriented corporate marketing team, the RMD will leverage resources and expertise across a wide range of traditional, digital, and interactive marketing functions. The position demands a strong focus on measuring and reporting the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring that all projects progress in a timely manner while adhering to established timelines. The RMD will also guide market research programs and support community relations efforts to enhance the hospital's growth initiatives and reputation management.
