About the position

The Regional Marketing Manager for Eaton's Assemblies and Residential Solutions division is responsible for leading commercial marketing strategies aimed at demand creation and customer engagement within the Gulf and West regions. This remote role requires significant travel and focuses on building relationships with contractors and distributors to enhance Eaton's market share in the residential product line.

Responsibilities

  • Direct account responsibility for ECCN accounts, Multi-Family, Agents, and Single Family developers within the region.
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies for the Residential Products Division and Wiring Devices.
  • Negotiate and form new partnerships with key customers.
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies, including marketing campaigns and training programs.
  • Collaborate on strategic pricing to maximize sales and margins.
  • Serve as the main contact for sales, channel, and customers for growth strategies.
  • Lead product launches and support profit plan processes.
  • Gather and communicate market and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage sales pipeline and report activities.
  • Provide training and field support for assigned products.
  • Improve front-end systems and customer documentation.
  • Handle direct account responsibilities and support local code adoptions and utility relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or marketing.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the electrical industry.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, business, sales, marketing, or technical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical understanding of electrical equipment and application.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Aptitude for supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation skills and public speaking experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently without direct supervision.
