About the position

The Regional Marketing Manager for the South/LATAM market at Zscaler is responsible for developing and executing a data-driven marketing plan that enhances brand awareness and drives demand in the region. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create integrated go-to-market strategies, measure performance, and refine marketing efforts based on insights. The position requires a strong background in demand marketing within a high-tech B2B environment, with a focus on building partnerships and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a data-driven, cross-segment marketing plan for the South/LATAM market.
  • Scale marketing efforts through thought leadership, targeted account marketing, and local demand generation.
  • Create customer experiences and events such as digital series, CXO roundtables, and trade shows.
  • Utilize tools like SFDC, intent data, and Tableau to enhance targeting and guide contacts along the buyer's journey.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with corporate communications, global marketing, product teams, regional sales leaders, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate on programs to raise brand awareness and promote engagement through a unified 'One Zscaler' experience.
  • Measure and communicate performance through weekly updates and annual performance reviews.
  • Track performance against targets and refine strategies based on insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing demand marketing or integrated marketing campaigns in a high-tech B2B environment.
  • Experience tracking Return on Investment and analyzing marketing events, programs, and metrics.
  • Experience reporting results and trends to sales and marketing leaders.
  • Previous experience supporting field sales and partner organizations within the IT industry.
  • Willingness to travel within territory and internationally (Mexico) approximately 25% of the time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with live and digital marketing activities such as in-person trade shows and conferences, virtual events, lead generation, ABM, and email nurture campaigns.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Applications.
  • Knowledge of SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, and other MarTech stack is an advantage.
  • Bilingual; fluent in both English and Spanish.
