About the position

The Regional Marketing Manager will oversee the Brand Ambassador staff across Florida, primarily based in Orlando. This role involves managing recruitment and training efforts for Brand Ambassadors who engage with potential customers at various events, generating leads for the company's home-improvement services. The position requires flexibility to work weekends and some travel throughout Florida for events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train Brand Ambassador staff throughout Florida.
• Coordinate and oversee events where Brand Ambassadors engage with prospects.
• Ensure effective lead generation through Brand Ambassadors at events.
• Work closely with corporate support to achieve marketing goals.
• Recruit new Brand Ambassadors to expand the team.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in marketing or management.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and set up a 10' x 10' canopy tent.
• Must have a vehicle suitable for transporting booth equipment.
• Availability to work weekends and Fridays.
