About the position

The Regional Marketing Manager at InnovAge is responsible for bridging enterprise-level marketing strategies with the unique needs of local markets. This role involves collaborating with local sales and outreach teams to develop grassroots marketing campaigns, drive lead generation, and enhance brand awareness, particularly within the Medicare Advantage and PACE sectors. The manager will build strategic partnerships, provide tailored support to local teams, and ensure compliance with marketing guidelines while proactively identifying market opportunities and threats.

Responsibilities

  • Foster collaborative partnerships with local sales and outreach teams to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Provide tailored support to local teams for grassroots and traditional marketing efforts.
  • Strengthen local marketing through understanding of local options and compliance with CMS and Medicare guidelines.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and threats in the market and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Support enterprise public relations initiatives to align with regional marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and training with local teams to promote collaboration and keep them informed.
  • Develop localized content and communications to enhance participant engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, communications, strategy, or project management.
  • Experience designing campaigns and events with a focus on project management and organization.
  • Experience in Medicaid or Medicare-adjacent businesses is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Up to 25% travel required across all InnovAge locations.
  • Strong understanding of grassroots marketing, lead generation, and territory development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in healthcare marketing.
