About the position

The Regional Marketing Manager at Quadient is responsible for driving regional marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This role involves collaborating with global campaign teams, regional sales, and cross-functional partners to enhance brand visibility and engage customers through tailored marketing initiatives. The manager will lead the execution of regional marketing plans, develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, manage campaigns, and support pipeline growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with global campaign teams, regional sales, and cross-functional partners.
  • Enhance brand visibility and engage customers through tailored marketing initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of regional marketing plans aligned with sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage key accounts.
  • Manage regional marketing campaigns including events, webinars, and local outreach activities.
  • Partner with sales to support pipeline growth and revenue targets through effective field marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and field events, managing logistics and vendor relationships.
  • Communicate campaign progress, results, and requirements to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ABM or B2B marketing, focusing on regional or field marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple programs concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social media, online advertising).
  • Data-driven with analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate campaign strategies.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
