Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor leasing agents on effective marketing techniques, customer service, and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, and events) to attract prospective residents.
  • Regularly inspect properties to ensure they are rent-ready, focusing on unit condition, amenities, and overall presentation.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to enhance the curb appeal of properties, ensuring they are visually appealing to prospective residents.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to gather insights on pricing, occupancy trends, and local market dynamics, informing strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of paid online marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Set performance metrics for leasing agents and marketing campaigns, tracking results and providing feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Work towards specific performance goals that align with occupancy rates and resident retention to earn bonuses based on achieved metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Proven experience in training and developing teams to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
