About the position

The Regional Marketing Manager will support the marketing team in developing and executing strategies aimed at driving business growth for Pioneer Crossing and Silverado Casino. This role involves overseeing marketing activities, managing a team, and collaborating with various departments to enhance marketing efforts and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Planning promotions, events, and other marketing activities under the supervision of the Marketing Director.
• Managing Marketing Coordinators at both Fernley properties.
• Collaborating with managers of other retail outlets to promote marketing efforts and direct traffic into the casino.
• Programming multiple systems including player tracking systems, marketing kiosks, and digital signage.
• Providing superior guest service and promoting the Players' Club and related promotions.
• Managing mailing lists for promotions and events, tiering them based on levels of play.
• Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including email blasts and social media posts.
• Providing direction to Food & Beverage on marketing ideas and implementation.
• Working with other departments on cross-marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Managing internal printed and digital collateral and directing advertising and social media efforts.
• Selecting and purchasing gifts for events.
• Recommending hiring, wage increases, and terminations for Players Club personnel.
• Scheduling, coaching, training, and providing performance appraisals for Players Club personnel.

Requirements

• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Intermediate computer skills, especially in Excel
• Good math skills
• Experience with digital and social media advertising is a plus
• Experience with videography and video editing is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical approach to marketing.
