About the position

Cumberland Surgical Arts And Associates is seeking a Regional Marketing / Practice Relations Coordinator to join our team in Clarksville, TN. This part-time position is pivotal in driving new patient growth and enhancing office production across multiple territories within the assigned region. Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Specialist, the coordinator will engage with field operations, support offices, and partner agencies to implement and optimize local marketing campaigns tailored to individual doctors. The role requires a deep understanding of new patient trends, local market dynamics, and the unique characteristics of each office to effectively inform marketing strategies. The Regional Marketing / Practice Relations Coordinator will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key vendors and referring offices. This includes organizing continuing education courses for staff based on identified needs and strategically collaborating with supporting doctors to develop a marketing calendar focused on return on investment (ROI). The coordinator will also be tasked with visiting referring offices monthly to strengthen relationships with regional operations leaders and supporting doctors, as well as planning and executing events that foster these connections. In addition to these responsibilities, the coordinator will assist in managing social media platforms to promote organic growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Canva. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Understand new patient trends and local market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of event management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Design proficiency using Canva.
  • Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-through.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in dental/oral surgery and managing referral trends.
