About the position
The Regional Office Manager at Stephen Gould Corporation is responsible for overseeing operations across multiple branches, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative culture. The manager will also focus on team development, operational excellence, and strategic planning to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the regional branch teams and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive culture among team members.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews for branch managers and team members.
- Monitor and assess the performance of branch offices and implement data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Partner with Sales leaders to align regional goals and drive productivity.
- Collaborate with branch managers to standardize processes and implement best practices.
- Act as an escalation point for issue resolution among various stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the region with achievable performance targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales, service, or supply chain related role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual communication tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems for supply chain and financial processes.
- Experience in developing employees and workforce planning.
