As a Regional Operations Analyst Manager at Gallagher, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations across multiple branch offices within your assigned region. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including Branch Managers and Finance teams, to drive operational success and enhance client relationships. Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and broker intelligence to ensure data accuracy and credibility.
• Analyze client and prospect pipelines, implementing process improvements and training.
• Develop reports and metrics for broker performance evaluations.
• Lead and participate in segment and branch meetings.
• Communicate segment-specific content, products, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate legal document requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise between Broker Teams and Client Services during placement processes.
• Analyze associate requests for in-house platform access and business needs.
• Represent branch offices in management and operations discussions.
• Travel to branch meetings and segment conferences as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Power BI and OneStream experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Mid-level analysis skills.
• Supervising experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
