About the position

Qahwah House is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Operations and Quality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations across the assigned region. The role focuses on ensuring that all location managers follow the operational manual and company standards to provide excellent customer service, maintain high product quality, and maximize sales. The manager will also ensure strict compliance with food safety standards and consistency in drink quality across all locations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise location managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations at each location within the region.
  • Ensure compliance with Qahwah House's operational manual, including food safety, quality standards, store cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Review and analyze performance metrics of each location and work with location managers to achieve targets.
  • Train, coach, and mentor location managers to improve their operational knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Ensure all locations strictly follow local, state, and federal food safety regulations and conduct regular audits.
  • Maintain and enforce consistent quality in drink preparation across all locations.
  • Oversee inventory control and cost management strategies across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations, conducting regular inspections.
  • Monitor customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
  • Regularly visit and inspect all regional locations, providing on-site support as necessary.
  • Report to upper management on the performance of regional stores and facilitate communication between the corporate office and store locations.
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities for expansion within the region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Multi-Store Manager, or similar role in retail or food & beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of store operations, sales management, food safety regulations, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the region.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and ensuring drink quality consistency.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, health, and safety regulations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in coffee shops, cafes, or the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience with franchise operations.
