About the position

As a Regional Operations Coordinator at Baker Hughes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our Wireline services. This position is pivotal in protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment, adhering to our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars. You will be responsible for fully understanding and capitalizing on assigned contracts and quotes, coordinating and monitoring job activities across organizational boundaries, and ensuring that all operations align with our high standards of service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and dispatching resources according to job requirements, serving as the main point of contact for clients throughout the job preparation, execution, and close-out phases. You will manage client relationships to ensure business success, be familiar with escalation processes for assigned clients, and promptly escalate any issues that may impact service delivery. Additionally, you will ensure that invoices align with contracts and quotes, preventing revenue leakage and ensuring timely cash collection. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high service standards. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to improving efficiency and maximizing reservoir value through innovative physical and digital solutions. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients and uphold our reputation as a leader in well construction and production.

Responsibilities

  • Protect the health and safety of personnel and the environment.
  • Conduct all activities in line with non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
  • Ensure assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
  • Coordinate and monitor all job activities across organizational boundaries as outlined in MTJC.
  • Schedule and dispatch resources in line with job requirements.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients for job preparation, execution, and close-out.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure business success.
  • Familiarize with assigned client's escalation processes to follow proper procedures when risks arise.
  • Promptly escalate issues that can impact service delivery.
  • Ensure invoices align with contracts/quotes, preventing revenue leakage and ensuring timely cash collection.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of recent Wireline experience.
  • Prior Leadership and/or Management experience.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Tallmadge, OH area.
