About the position

The Regional Operations Coordinator at HealthCARE Express is a leadership role focused on managing and optimizing clinic operations across multiple locations in Northeast Texas and Northwest Louisiana. The position requires a compassionate and organized individual who can enhance staff productivity and ensure alignment with company values while providing exceptional service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily clinic functions, including staffing and productivity.
• Assist with timecards and managing time-off requests, ensuring overtime is pre-approved by department heads.
• Assist in conducting team meetings and with team goal-setting for your clinics.
• Coordinate with team relations and help to onboard and train new employees in alignment with HCE guidelines.
• Track and report key metrics to boost clinic performance.
• Provide IT assistance, monitor facility maintenance needs, and support internal and external referrals.

Requirements

• Experience in the medical field is essential.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
