About the position

The Regional Operations Manager at Sentric ADAS, LLC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple locations focused on advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) calibration services. This role involves leading a team to ensure high-quality customer service, accurate ADAS calibrations, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The manager will also drive business development and revenue growth while managing facility operations, team development, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the ADAS facilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, maintenance, and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers, technicians, and support staff.
• Drive business development activity to achieve customer acquisition and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and project managers to support ADAS development and testing projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies related to ADAS testing and development.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Manage the facility budget, including capital expenditures and operational costs.
• Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance and project status.

Requirements

• 8-10 years' experience in operations management, with a strong background in automotive technology or ADAS systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of ADAS technologies and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes specific to ADAS preferred.
