About the position

The Regional Operations Manager will oversee operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. This role involves implementing strategic initiatives, managing regional teams, and driving growth within the region while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in assigned locations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor local managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage regional budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive implementation of best practices across locations.
• Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and operational management software.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
