About The Position
The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible for all daily activities, processes, and the performance management of the region. The position oversees the management teams and directs the overall operations and maintenance of assigned region within the network. Leads the respective management teams to ensure proper utilization of staffing and all safety, service, quality, compliance, and performance standards are met.
