Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the performance of multiple branch locations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among staff.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide guidance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
  • Manage budgets effectively while optimizing resource allocation to maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role in a relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and drive performance through effective coaching.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
