About the position

The Regional Operations Manager at the Accident Centers of Texas is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of healthcare facilities, specifically chiropractic clinics. Responsibilities

  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of various departments, ensuring alignment with the facility's goals and standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff in collaboration with HR.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Address staff and patient concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement patient satisfaction initiatives to improve the overall patient experience.
  • Manage budgets and monitor clinical expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals and objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a strong understanding of multidisciplinary practices and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and data analytics tools.
