About the position

The Regional Operations Manager at Great Day Improvements is responsible for overseeing all aspects of installation and operations within the Plains region, which includes Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri. This role requires a strong leader with experience in residential remodeling and project management, who can effectively manage multiple locations and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
  • Utilize in-house CRM system for job and project management.
  • Oversee the implementation of customer satisfaction processes.
  • Responsible for job profitability, costing, and budgeting.
  • Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs.
  • Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of subcontractors.
  • Train teams on proper installation procedures for all company products.
  • Ensure safety standards are reviewed and implemented.
  • Meet with customers to address complicated jobs or service problems.
  • Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry.
  • P&L responsibility preferred.
  • Experience in team building and management preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Process-oriented with excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience dealing with multiple trades and subcontractors.
  • Competent in the use of technology, with experience in MS Excel.
