Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers and staff across various locations to enhance productivity and engagement.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and community partners to promote the brand and drive customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide support, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional initiatives with overall corporate strategy.
• Prepare reports on regional performance for senior management review, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a multi-site environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to build effective teams.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is required.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
