About the position

The Regional Platform Sales Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Licensed Platform Sales Program by leading the integration of platform associates and ensuring effective branch coverage. This position collaborates with sales executives to develop strategies that enhance production and revenue, while also providing coaching and leadership to associates to improve client relationships and referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the success of the Bank's licensed associate programs by integrating associate placement and coverage.
  • Assists leadership in tracking performance trends of individual contributors and sales teams.
  • Achieves regional sales objectives and partnership goals while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Ensures licensed associates and their teams receive the necessary training, development, and resources to increase profitability and production.
  • Coaches associates on holistic discovery methods to identify client needs and offer financial solutions.
  • Provides one-on-one mentorship and performance assessments for associates.
  • Builds strong relationships with leaders, associates, and lines of business to facilitate productive partnerships.
  • Reports on sales performance, trends, and metrics to inform targeted business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory.
  • Possess valid Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, 24 or 9/10 and state-specific life and health insurance licenses.
  • Possess valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel within the supported area up to 60% of the time in personal mode of transportation.
  • Knowledge of securities and insurance products and sales.
