About the position

The Regional Processing Manager at Pulte Mortgage is responsible for leading a team of Loan Processors to ensure efficient loan approvals and timely closings for customers. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Loan Processors to expedite loan approvals and close homes on time.
  • Identify efficiency and productivity opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional managers.
  • Drive results through effective leadership of the team and their pipeline.
  • Promote a positive and high-performing culture through teamwork.
  • Communicate process enhancements and new initiatives effectively.
  • Coach employees to develop their knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing through retention and hiring of talent.
  • Evaluate employee performance and implement performance plans as needed.
  • Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and annual compensation planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience in mortgage fulfillment or a similar financial field.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, guidelines, and practices.
  • Commitment to quality control and compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines.
  • High level of curiosity and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
