About the position

The Regional Producer (Account Executive) role at Zurich Direct Markets is designed for experienced sales leaders looking to advance their careers in the insurance industry. Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business prospects in the automotive industry.
• Attending automotive industry events to promote sales and marketing initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain relationships.
• Managing and growing the assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.
• Conducting sales presentations in-person or via Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborating with field team members to implement programs and strengthen customer relationships.
• Working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of sales experience or completion of a Zurich-approved Apprenticeship program with an Associate Degree (no prior sales experience required).
• Ability to obtain insurance sales licenses where required.

Nice-to-haves

• 4+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience.
• Strong understanding of direct sales principles and closing techniques.
• Familiarity with insurance industry regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Current insurance sales licenses (where required) or the ability to be licensed.
• Experience with financial statement analysis.
