About the position

The Regional Product Line Manager - Lawn is responsible for overseeing the Lawn Service Line within their region, ensuring that client expectations are met through mentorship, training, and continuous improvement across branch locations. This leadership role involves monitoring key performance indicators to promote sustainability and profitability while championing safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the Lawn Service Line for the region.
• Ensure client/customer expectations are met or exceeded daily.
• Provide mentorship and training to branch locations.
• Monitor key performance indicators including production schedules, profit, routing, net promoter score, and revenue per hour.
• Champion safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Review and enforce compliance with regulations for pesticide and fertilizer use.
• Support training and rollout of the Essential Lawn program.
• Participate in Green Industry Programs and trade shows.
• Research and evaluate new products and application methods for the Lawn program.
• Provide technical and sales support for Arborists and Branch Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Horticulture, Environmental Science).
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in lawn care, horticulture, or a related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices regarding pesticide and fertilizer use.
