About the position

The Regional Product Line Manager for Flotation and Reflux Classification is responsible for providing technical leadership and support across the North American region. This role focuses on driving the growth and success of flotation and reflux classification products throughout their life cycle, ensuring that business targets are met through effective management of key performance indicators (KPIs). The manager will serve as the product expert, offering training and guidance to sales teams, site service personnel, and customers, while also consulting on process flow sheets and equipment design.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support for Flotation and Reflux Classification products across North America.
• Manage KPIs to ensure business targets are met.
• Serve as the product expert and provide training for sales, site service, and customers.
• Discuss opportunities for flotation equipment retrofit and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot or enhance product technology for existing processes.
• Improve order intake and ensure proper aftermarket support is in place.
• Travel with sales/service teams to customer offices, sites, and engineering firms to consult on process flow sheets and equipment design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related Engineering field.
• 5 years' progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• 5 years' experience interpreting engineering contracts, specifications, and drawings for selling, order execution, and design processes.
• 5 years' experience planning, budgeting, and forecasting engineering projects.
• 5 years' experience analyzing design and evaluating alternative solutions for client-specific project issues.
