About the position

The Regional Product Manager at PALFINGER serves as the primary contact for Sales and Application Management in the North American Region, focusing on representing the Product line. This role involves developing and implementing a Regional Product Portfolio Roadmap/Strategy, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with the Product Management Team to optimize the product portfolio and manage its lifecycle effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Sales and Application Management in the region, representing the Product Line.
• Develop and implement a Regional Product Portfolio Roadmap/Strategy aligned with global concepts.
• Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Guide regional product requirements through the innovation process and support Product Managers during development.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Management Team to optimize the existing product portfolio and drive proactive lifecycle management.

Requirements

• A degree in Product Management, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with international Aerial Working Platform market expertise being an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, dynamic, and implementation-oriented approach.
• Proficient in business English with excellent social and intercultural competence.
• Willingness to travel (25%-50%) and a passion for our products and markets.
