The manager will collaborate closely with various departments, including Venue Sales, Venue Operations, Rigging Services, and Power Services, to execute high-level productions effectively. As the remote point of contact for project planning and the on-site contact during production site visits, the Regional Production Services Manager is responsible for identifying and training Event Services Technicians to ensure they are equipped to handle production-level events competently. Building and maintaining relationships with labor brokers and sub-rental vendors is essential for accessing the necessary resources for successful event execution. The manager will also create detailed production schedules, assist in obtaining quotes from vendors, and prepare project budgets, ensuring financial accountability throughout the production process. In addition to these responsibilities, the manager will serve as a subject matter expert in production, advising venues on equipment and staffing needs while maximizing in-house resources. The role requires translating client requests into comprehensive production visions and identifying opportunities for additional revenue. The manager will generate CAD files to accurately represent production elements and calculate power consumption to ensure adequate resources are available.
