About the position

The Regional Project Coordinator at Tampa General Hospital is responsible for overseeing property and project tasks related to the design, construction, and maintenance of offsite facilities, including clinics, offices, and hospitals. This role ensures that these facilities operate securely, safely, and in an environmentally sound manner, adhering to infection prevention protocols and utilizing ICRA tools. The coordinator manages multiple projects and teams, ensuring compliance with life safety measures and TGH policies, while also ensuring that end users have the necessary amenities in newly constructed or renovated spaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage property and project tasks related to the design, construction, and maintenance of offsite properties.
• Ensure secure, safe, and environmentally sound operation of facilities.
• Adhere to TGH's infection prevention protocols and utilize ICRA tools for containment and monitoring.
• Manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Ensure contractor compliance with life safety measures and TGH policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to all communications and manage work outside regular hours as needed.
• Ensure end users have necessary amenities to occupy newly constructed or renovated spaces.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
• Real Estate Agent License.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Five years of experience in property management, real estate, or project management.
• Experience in design or construction management is also considered.
