About the position

As a Regional Property Manager at Sherman Associates, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operation of fiscally sound, well-maintained, and socially healthy multifamily housing communities. This position is integral to our mission of Building Communities, Enriching Neighborhoods, and Empowering People. You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to property staff, ensuring that our properties not only meet but exceed performance expectations.
