About the position

The Regional Property Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining positive relationships with property owners, residents, and stakeholders. This role involves managing daily property operations, conducting audits and inspections, and leading marketing efforts for properties. The position requires a strong understanding of affordable housing programs and the ability to mentor team members while addressing resident concerns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and Section 504 regulations.
• Travel to properties across Utah and occasionally to out-of-state locations.
• Represent Kier Management at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Conduct property audits, inspections, and complete required reports.
• Build and nurture relationships with owners, investors, and tenants.
• Manage property budgets, contracts, and assist in acquisition processes.
• Oversee property inspections and ensure operational compliance.
• Lead property marketing and promotion efforts.
• Provide mentorship and development for team members.
• Address resident concerns and offer recommendations to enhance portfolio performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of affordable housing programs and compliance.
• Proven experience managing a variety of real estate portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in property management software, especially Yardi.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain a Utah Real Estate License within the first year of employment.
