About the position

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a multifamily portfolio of B and C class properties in the Columbus market. This role involves managing over 3,000 units, shadowing Vice Presidents to learn company culture and operations, and transitioning to full regional oversight as VPs launch new markets. The ideal candidate has prior RPM experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in financial management and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multifamily portfolio of B and C class properties in the Columbus market.
• Manage over 3,000 units and ensure operational efficiency.
• Shadow Vice Presidents to learn company culture and operations.
• Transition to full regional oversight as VPs launch new markets.
• Develop and lead teams effectively to achieve company goals.
• Ensure financial management and reporting for the properties.

Requirements

• 6 years of management experience
• 5 years of mid-level management experience
• 3 years of team development experience
• 1 year of team management experience
• 4 years of leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen in property management
• Prior experience as a Regional Property Manager (RPM)
• Valid Driver's License required.
