About the position

Meta is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to join our Data Center Engineering & Construction team. Our data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly growing infrastructure efficiently operates, and our innovative services are delivered. This role is responsible for the generation, implementation and management of the Meta Quality Program, by establishing a 'Quality Mindset' that is focused on people, processes and accountability through effective feedback related to contractor coordination, performance and execution of construction inspections, testing services and commissioning. Through strong leadership and partnerships, the Regional Quality Manager will utilize our program core competencies to drive day one readiness ensuring predictable on-time delivery of our global campuses.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement the Meta Quality Program
  • Foster a 'Quality Mindset' focused on people, processes, and accountability
  • Provide effective feedback on contractor coordination, performance, and execution
  • Conduct construction inspections, testing services, and commissioning
  • Lead QA/QC and Cx programs
  • Manage contractor, consultant, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee mission critical power and cooling infrastructure or other critical systems
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on, start-up work environment
  • Manage personnel, staffing, and scheduling
  • Utilize Autodesk BIM360 Field and/or ACC Build software
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Equivalent Certifications

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in quality control & quality assurance (QA/QC) and/or Commissioning (Cx) programs for data centers or mission critical construction projects
  • BS in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction programs
  • Experience in civil/structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and I&C (Instrumentation and Control) disciplines
  • Experience leading QA/QC and Cx programs
  • Experience in contractor, consultant, and vendor management
  • Experience in mission critical power and cooling infrastructure or other critical systems
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on, start-up work environment
  • Experience in personnel management, staffing, and scheduling
  • Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field and/or ACC Build software
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Equivalent Certifications
