About the position

Auto-Chlor is now hiring a Regional Recruiter to support the staffing for our Northeast Region. We're looking for an energetic and resilient individual who will contribute to our People First culture by recruiting top talent to join our team. This is a full-time position, in office. The Regional Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, screening, and qualifying candidates to present to hiring managers for potential employment. The ideal candidate will partner with managers to understand hiring needs, determine the urgency of positions, and debrief after interviews to ensure alignment and clarity in the hiring process. The recruiter will be responsible for following up and communicating with candidates as they progress through each phase of our interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Adhering to the company's hiring process is essential, as is preparing job offer letters as requested by hiring managers and assisting candidates with any offer-related questions. The role also includes maintaining the integrity of job advertisements on our career page and external job boards, utilizing social media outlets to attract qualified candidates, and attending virtual and in-person career fairs and college recruiting events. Additionally, the recruiter will coordinate hiring events at branch offices and champion our employee referral program, reporting results quarterly. This position is integral to fostering a people-first culture where contributions and collaboration are encouraged and celebrated. Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, screen and qualify candidates to present to hiring managers for potential employment.
  • Partner with managers for hiring needs, determine urgency of positions and debrief after interviews.
  • Follow up and communicate with candidates as they move through each phase of our interview process.
  • Adhere to the Company's hiring process while providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Prepare job offer letters as requested by hiring managers and assist candidates with offer questions.
  • Responsible for posting and maintaining the integrity of the job advertisements on our career page as well as external job boards.
  • Utilize appropriate social media outlets to attract qualified candidates.
  • Attend virtual and in person career fairs and college recruiting events, coordinate hiring events at branch offices.
  • Champion our employee referral program and report results quarterly.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience with recruiting and sourcing, preferably light industrial, service and sales talent.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and apprise hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple job openings and manager communication.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to meet goals.
  • Resilient, creative, and open to implementing new ideas and strategies.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
