About the position

The Regional Recruiter at GardaWorld is responsible for driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives in Houston, TX. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for various branches, ensuring that the company meets its hiring needs effectively. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and utilize best-in-class tactics to find suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

• Attract, source, recruit, and deliver top talent to GardaWorld Security Services branches in assigned market.
• Partner with hiring managers on identifying strategies for sourcing the best candidates and support regular hiring needs.
• Utilize employment best-in-class recruitment tactics such as cold-calling, internet searches, database mining, and social media to recruit the best candidates.
• Collaborate with the Regional Talent Leader in the development and execution of recruitment plans and strategies for critical positions.
• Efficiently use and track candidates in the applicant tracking system, IBM Kenexa Brassring.
• Demonstrate high standards of customer service skills and behaviors towards internal clients, external vendors, peers, staff, and candidates.
• Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions to inform successful hiring practices.
• Complete other sourcing, recruitment, marketing, and retention projects as assigned.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in staffing or high-volume recruitment is required.
