About the position

The Regional Revenue Analyst position at Apsilon Hotels, LLC is responsible for supporting revenue management efforts across assigned hotels. The role focuses on achieving room revenue goals through data analysis, strategy development, and reporting, while collaborating with various teams to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure effective pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the achievement of room revenue goals at each managed hotel by providing leadership and follow-up strategies.
  • Provide significant data analysis, strategy, and reporting to identify current and future revenue opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of new and evaluate existing transient and group inventory, channel, and pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR for each property.
  • Consult with DOSM and sales managers on rate/inventory suitability of potential group business.
  • Monitor competitive shop reports to maintain consistency with property level inventory strategies and pricing philosophy.
  • Monitor placement on all third-party booking sites and take action to improve ranking as necessary.
  • Lead weekly revenue meetings for each property and complete meeting recap reports.
  • Complete weekly pace reports and analyze STR on a weekly and monthly basis, providing feedback during weekly revenue meetings.
  • Continually monitor actions of competitive hotels and the market, including product quality improvements and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze end-of-month reports to assist in the preparation of the monthly executive summary report.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual room revenue budgets and monthly rolling 90-day forecasts for each property.
  • Work with FOM/DOO to perform ongoing training and build a positive relationship with the front office team.
  • Participate in monthly Director calls and collaborate with DOSM and marketing manager on new strategies for packages and promotions.
  • Ensure all new rate levels entered are accurate in the CRS and PMS, and perform regular booking audits of all channels.
  • Support properties' integration into new reservations and revenue management technology and troubleshoot system-related issues.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by property and corporate level senior leadership.
  • Work with each property's operations team on special projects and provide insight into revenue impact.
  • Ensure property has accurate content and photography on all booking channels and work with the Marketing team for updates.
  • Actively participate and contribute to the annual brand strategy planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with revenue management in a branded hotel.
  • Significant knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new technology and applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Project management skills are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work closely with C-level executives.
  • Strong leadership skills and be an enthusiastic team player.
  • Excellent listening skills and aggressive, self-motivated work habits.

  • Experience in hotel revenue management software.
