About the position

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating leads and selling apartments to prospective residents using effective marketing and sales techniques. This role involves working closely with the Director of Sales to exceed sales goals, performing external marketing calls, and developing professional relationships with referral sources. The Sales Counselor advocates for potential residents by providing community information, conducting tours, and closing sales, while also contributing to a welcoming environment for all residents.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and sell apartments to prospective residents.
• Work constructively with the Director of Sales to exceed sales goals.
• Perform weekly external marketing calls.
• Develop and maintain professional selling relationships with referral sources.
• Share information about the community with potential residents and their families.
• Conduct tours for potential residents and close sales.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and maintain an inviting community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of direct sales experience in apartment sales, retirement living sales, or leasing sales.
• Expert time management skills to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously.
• Self-starter with high motivation and energy level.
