About the position

The Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Blue Water Hospitality Group is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth for the assigned property portfolio in the Houston Metro area. This role involves maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing multiple accounts to increase revenue through group sales and seasonal contracts. The position is remote, allowing the manager to support local and regional markets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for assigned properties.
• Generate leads and close sales to meet budget goals.
• Prepare group or account contracts and event needs with attention to detail.
• Negotiate and close sales leads for the property portfolio.
• Conduct onsite or client visits as needed to secure business.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all account contacts and sales activities.
• Monitor and manage sales and marketing technology.
• Identify marketing and sales opportunities for assigned portfolios.
• Create marketing collateral and oversee all marketing channels for assigned properties.
• Provide month-over-month analytics and ROI reports for marketing efforts.
• Attend regional trade shows and local events to support properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience in group sales, particularly in hospitality or corporate housing.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with a desire to win.
• Comfortable with marketing and sales technology (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CRM tools).
• Ability to travel locally and regionally (up to 60%).
• Reside in the Houston Metro area.
