About the position

As a Regional Sales and Operations Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the operations of our fitness studio. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Orangetheory Fitness studio.

  • Recognize and celebrate member achievements and milestones.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues that arise promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fitness or related environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
