About the position

The Regional Sales Associate for Lubbock/Permian Basin at Willborn Fueling Systems is responsible for driving sales in the Lubbock and Permian Basin areas of Texas. This role involves building relationships with customers, solving their problems, and exceeding sales targets by selling fuel system construction, fueling equipment, and compliance services. The position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and collaboration with various teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Visit existing and new customers to introduce products and assist with their needs.
  • Work with customers to resolve any issues and maintain account health.
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and products to effectively answer customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel overnight 10-15% of the time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
