About the position

The Regional Sales Associate for Lubbock/Permian Basin at Willborn Fueling Systems is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers in the Lubbock and Permian Basin areas of Texas. This role involves selling fuel system construction, equipment, and compliance services to various clients, including convenience stores and trucking companies. The position emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful sales delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Visit existing and new customers to introduce products and assist with their needs.
  • Work with customers to resolve any issues and maintain account health.
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to exceed sales targets and measure results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and products to effectively answer customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, or relevant fueling system experience.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
