We are led by our values: Take Charge, Team Up, and Be True. We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Director for our Urology/ENT division. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the sales activities for Ambu Endoscopy (URO/ENT) products. The call points will include Hospitals, Hospital-owned Clinics, Surgery Centers, and Private Practices. You will develop a team that consistently exceeds market growth expectations and prioritizes culture and performance management to expand Ambu's market-leading position in single-use Endoscopy. As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead, coach, and manage your team to consistently meet or exceed regional sales targets. You will foster a collaborative and high-performing culture by providing leadership, coaching, training, and performance management to Territory Managers and Clinical Trainers. It is essential to ensure all team members are maximizing hospital relationships by engaging with all stakeholders, including Administration, clinical stakeholders, supply chain, infection prevention, risk management, BioMed, and Sterile Processing, to educate them on single-use products and Ambu's Value Proposition. You will also maintain high levels of communication with the Endoscopy Sales Management team, HR, and all applicable corporate support teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that region pipelines are robust and updated consistently in Salesforce.com, providing consistent and accurate forecasting, and enhancing team proficiency with Health Economics and other strategic tools to accelerate customer acquisition. You will manage the sales expense budget as set by corporate management and provide necessary reporting, including monthly reports, demand planning, sales forecasting, and comprehensive pipelines. Additionally, you will present quarterly business reviews regarding the state of the Region to the management team and recommend and implement corporate sales strategies needed for complete region coverage and achievement of sales objectives. Collaboration with Human Resources will be crucial for managing staffing processes, including recruitment, retention, and performance management. You will also maintain regular communications with distribution partners and other departments necessary to ensure the attainment of objectives and facilitate problem resolution.
