CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team, dedicated to enhancing global security by protecting organizations from advanced cyber threats. In this role, you will be responsible for positioning our cutting-edge cybersecurity and threat intelligence solutions to senior executives within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with the ability to articulate CrowdStrike's go-to-market strategies effectively. You will have the opportunity to showcase our product capabilities, aligning them with the needs of various agencies and departments, and assist our partners and clients in combating adversaries. As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead a team of senior sales professionals, managing day-to-day operations, pipeline development, territory and account planning, forecasting, and ensuring quota attainment. You will leverage your extensive network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to drive CrowdStrike's sales strategy and achieve our goals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and executing account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue within your region. You will also scope, negotiate, and finalize agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with peers across various functions, including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development, to enhance visibility with target accounts and engage prospects at all levels. Additionally, you will utilize SalesforceCLARITY and other data analytics tools to capture and maintain accurate prospect information. Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology is preferred but not mandatory.
