ZeroFox seeks a self-motivated, results-driven, and assertive individual to cultivate new relationships and leverage existing relationships with Federal Civilian Departments and Agencies. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for executing business development and sales strategy throughout their respective region to meet or exceed revenue goals while establishing relationships with key decision-makers and driving the sales process through to completion. Qualified candidates must be customer-focused, able to travel throughout their assigned region, comfortable with a mission-based reward structure, and demonstrate a successful track record working within the Federal Civilian territory. In this role, you will sell industry-leading enterprise software and embody 'sales discipline' by developing well-thought-out plans to rapidly develop territory and key accounts. You will forecast, achieve, and maintain sales appointment levels, product and service sales volumes, and target margins as outlined on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Leading and facilitating sales initiatives will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with reporting on sales strategies and pipeline regularly. You will provide input for sales and marketing materials and establish, develop, and maintain successful relationships with partner territory sales and account management teams. As a primary point of contact for ZeroFox customers, internal teams, and partners, you will work in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment, prospecting for new business and attending industry and relevant technology events. Participation in industry conferences and actively supporting ZeroFox's marketing and awareness efforts will also be part of your duties.
